EverPanel Swing Door

This unit features a traditional hollow core wooden swing door within a wooden frame installed inside of FRP EverPanel which connects with adjoining panels. This unit is not self-supporting, and required additional panels and connectors as support.

7'H x 4'W = 84"H x 48"W
8'H x 4'W = 96"H x 48"W

Door Dimensions:

STANDARD - 80"H x 32"W
ADA - 80"H x 36"W

Use only mild soap such as dishwashing liquid, and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge.		Easily disassemble and move the modular wall system to reuse assets and reduce waste.

Product Details

EverPanel modular wall panels connect to create portable and permanent partitions for rooms, offices, and residential spaces.

Each EverPanel consists of a specialized ABS Plastic frame system sandwiched between FRP or Soundsorb sheet facings. Each EverPanel contain integrated receiver holes to accommodate connectors for interlocking panels to adjacent panels.

- Easy to install, remove, relocate, and re-build.

Finishing Options

- FRP - Fiber Reinforced Polymer, non-porous wall surface which resists moisture, rot, mildew, stains, scratches and dents.
- SoundsSorb - Fire resistant, mold- and moisture-proof and eco-friendly: Soundsorb is composed of 60% recycled material from PET bottles, which produce a soft, strong material that’s durable and has great acoustic performance. NRC rated up to 0.60. (Please note: recycled content may result in natural variations in texture and shading, especially from order to order.

Shipping & Delivery

EverPanel are shipped on a pallet via freight truck and will require someone at your location to remove the product(s) off of the truck. If you need the product(s) lowered to the ground or brought inside your building, you can add those additional delivery services at checkout for a small fee.

- Panels smaller than 4' ship on a 50" x 50" pallet
- Panels larger than 4' ship on a 98" x 50" pallet

For What it Is, It's Good

Full review will be on the 7x4 panels. I ordered the 32 but they shipped me the 36, which is fine. Its takes a little work to get it straight and set up perfectly but it was really nice to have an instant door. Couple notes on the door. The door frame is wood but held to the plastic via a plastic molding. Seems fine but it bleeds light and sound a little. The door is hollow and cut about 1 to 1.5 off of the ground. Basically the door bleeds the most light and sound. Just a consideration to keep in mind, however it works perfect thus far.
