EverBlocks are made of a high impact polypropylene plastic with color additives. These blocks are waterproof and weatherproof as they're outfitted with UV inhibitors to protect the material and color.
Each module is designed to connect easily with the parts above and below, using a pressure fit which creates a strong link between blocks. Because of its unique lug system, you can stagger EverBlocks in 3" increments, to create all types of patterns. Each block is hollow, but contains support ribs for additional strength and to provide a tight fit with the connector lugs below.
No tools are required for installation or removal and life-sized block and when building walls, props, or displays there is none of the dirt and debris associated with traditional construction.
Anything you've built can be taken apart and re-assembled again, and the pieces can be re-used to construct other objects, making EverBlock a unique green building method.
EverBlocks are fully recyclable.

R-Value for full and half blocks is estimated at R-2 based on approximately six inches of air space, two exterior walls, and one interior ribs.
- EverBlock passes a UL94HB Fire Test. This signifies that EverBlock material has a slow burn rate of 2” per minute for a 2” wide by 0.5” in thickness test sample. Furthermore, UL94HB signifies that the material will not flare up when exposed to an open flame. UL94HB Fire Test Report
